Sandra Johnson Memorial Award

Sandy was a member of the Club Women's Lacrosse team. On April 10, 1989 Sandy lost her life in an automobile accident while returning from a club game in California.

As one of our own, Club Sports has created an award in her honor and memory. The Sandra Johnson Memorial Award is presented annually to the Club Sports team who best represents the following qualities: Student Leadership, Motivation, and Enthusiasm.

Every award and honor is special. For Club Sports, to have such an award named for a member of our organization who lost her life while participating in one of our club activities, carries an extra sense of respect and pride!

Clubs to be considered will carefully selected by the student leaders of the Club Sports Advisory Board.
