1.5 Yoga ($) - offered in the current or upcoming schedule
Relax with our Sunday edition of Yoga. This class will rotate between Hatha and Vinyasa yoga. This class will be 1.5 hours.
Must pre-register (up to 48 hrs in advance) for these classes and pay at the time of registration.
($) Payment options: 10-Punch Pass: $30 or $5 drop in-rate per class. A maximum of 20 participants per class is allowed.
30 Minute Express Workout - offered in the current or upcoming schedule
This 30 minute workout will incorporate cardiovascular training and resistance training to give you the ultimate workout. You will be back in the office feeling great in an hour!
AB Blast - offered in the current or upcoming schedule
Abs, butts, sides - what a core you'll have after taking this 20 minute class! We use yoga principles mixed with pilates-based exercises to stretch the body and strengthen the core.
Arthritis Foundation Exercise Program - offered in the current or upcoming schedule
This class is designed specifically for people with arthritis. It uses gentle activities to help increase joint flexibility and range of motion and help maintain muscle class.
Body Blitz - offered in the current or upcoming schedule
Can you say high intensity? This 60 minute class combines cardiovascular exercise with resistance training making it a workout your body will not soon forget.
Cardio Chisel
Aerobics, Weights and Plyos oh my! A 60 minute full body workout.
Cardio Fusion
This class will get your body moving and your heart pumping. Cardio fusion blends cardiovascular exercise like step or high-low with different forms of weight training.
Core - Ruption - offered in the current or upcoming schedule
Want to train your core and lift weights? This class is for you. Using exercise balls, instructors will lead you through a challenging workout focusing on core strength and all other muscles of the body. You will increase your balance, tone your body, and have an awesome set of abs.
Core Power and Pilates
This class will focus on traditional pilate exercises with emphasis placed on the core of your body.
Cross Training
This is a cardiovascular workout that incorporates resistance training. Class is designed to burn fat and increase strength. This class may include the use of steps, bands, body bars and/or weights. Weather permitting, this class may go outside for the ultimate cross training experience.
Cycling - offered in the current or upcoming schedule
For those individuals looking for a killer cardio and strength workout, cycling is for you! Participants will cycle on a stationary bike to music while the instructor takes each person through all types of training including intervals, jumps, runs, sprints and climbs. Open to all fitness levels.
Cycling Extreme
Need a long ride, but can’t fit into to your schedule on the weekdays? Our extreme cycling class will give a 90-minute intense cardio session leaving you satisfied and ready for your long weekend rides.
Dance Fusion
This hour long class incorporates energetic songs and moves and is a combination of choreography and free dance. Styles of dance include African, Celtic, Funk, Jazz, Lyric, Modern, and much more. This class is open to all fitness levels.
Extreme Lift - offered in the current or upcoming schedule
Extreme lift is an intense weight training workout using weights and medicine balls while incorporating other types of resistance training. This is a great total body workout.
Flex & Stretch
Is Yoga not really your thing? Flex and Stretch combines resistance training and flexibility exercises. This class is great for anyone who wants to increase strength and flexibility.
Fusion Pilates - offered in the current or upcoming schedule
A core class with an emphasis on Pilate Mat exercises.
Fusion Sculpt
A pilates based class with an infusion of weights.
Gentle Pilates - offered in the current or upcoming schedule
This is a 45-60 minute class developed to increase mobility, strengthen muscles, calm the mind and improve balance. This class will benefit all ages.
Gentle Yoga - offered in the current or upcoming schedule
This is a 45-60 minute class of calm stretching to increase flexibility, make your body fitter and your mind calm and relaxed. This class will benefit all ages.
Hatha Yoga - offered in the current or upcoming schedule
This class is for students who prefer a slower more meditative, restorative practice. Hatha yoga includes all the physical styles of yoga; it is a branch of the yoga tree, not a style. This class will introduce you to various breathing exercises and postures that begin to open the body.
Hip Hop - offered in the current or upcoming schedule
Get ready to learn the latest and greatest dance moves. This class will teach the basics of Hip Hop and provide a great cardiovascular workout.
Intro To Yoga - offered in the current or upcoming schedule
This class will introduce you to the basics of yoga including common poses, breathing techniques, and basic sun salutations. Open to anyone who has never taken yoga or students who want to brush-up on the basics.
Kick Boxing - offered in the current or upcoming schedule
This is a great way to stay in shape and take out a little aggression. This class combines kickboxing moves and cardio. This intense workout will give you the body that you always wanted.
Move & Groove
A class that involves 30 minutes of low-impact moving and grooving with 30 minutes of core work to get a total body workout.
Nia
Nia is an advanced form of fusion fitness, blending dance, martial arts, healing arts, and self-healing into a high powered, synergistic workout. This class will keep you in shape and you will rediscover the joy of movement.
Pi-Yo
We take the best of both worlds to create a workout that combines yoga and pilates. This class is geared toward individuals who have never taken yoga or pilates or for anyone looking to brush-up on their skills.
Pilates - offered in the current or upcoming schedule
Pilates is a systematic practice of specific exercises coupled with focused breathing patterns that strengthens and lengthens muscles of the body with the primary focus being the muscles of the core and lower back.
Power Pilates - offered in the current or upcoming schedule
Using hand weights, fit balls, medicine balls, this not your typical Pilates class. In this class you will strengthen your core and build a hard body.
Power Sculpt - offered in the current or upcoming schedule
A form of Pilates focusing on breathing patterns. In this class you will strengthen and lengthen the muscles while focusing on the entire body, not just the core. A must try for all fitness levels.
Power Yoga - offered in the current or upcoming schedule
Power Yoga will move you through progressive series of postures, fluidly linking your movements with the breath, producing intense internal heat and purifying sweat. Emphasis is on strength and constancy, fluidity and concentration.
Progressive Yoga - offered in the current or upcoming schedule
Class level starts at beginner and yoga poses will progress and become harder throughout the quarter. Beginners should not attend this class if middle of the quarter.
Salsa Disco Funk - offered in the current or upcoming schedule
Low-impact dance based cardio workout with flavors of salsa and funk to get your toes tapping and your heart pumping. A great way to spice up your workout.
Sculpt & Tone
Sculpt and Tone is great weight training workout using weights and other types of resistance training equipment. This is a great total body workout.
Silver Workouts
This class is geared for our seniors. You will alternate segments of non-impact cardio work with muscular strength and flexibility exercises.
Step
A challenging workout for intermediate to advanced participants. Exciting choreography will take you all around the bench with fun and challenging combinations that will test your mind and body and provide an exciting and motivating workout. The class will end with abs and stretching.
Step & Pump
Do you never have time to do both cardiovascular exercise and resistance training? This class is for you. This class combines the classic step class with weights. You will leave the class feeling great because you got both your weights and cardio done in 60 minutes.
Stretch & Flex - offered in the current or upcoming schedule
If you want to be strong, you have to be flexible. This class combines traditional resistance training and flexibility exercises. This class is for anyone looking to become stronger, but does not want to spend 30 minutes stretching.
TurboKick
This intense cardio class combines kickboxing, funk and a whole lot of fun. This class will definitely get your heart pumping and your body moving. 60 minutes of exercise never felt like so much fun.
Vinyasa Yoga - offered in the current or upcoming schedule
Using the time-honored wisdom of yoga, this practice is a dynamic combination of strength, sweat and spirituality. Vinyasa yoga detoxifies, heals, and electrifies. This accessible, challenging form of yoga will tone and hone the muscles of your body and your mind.
Water Aerobics - offered in the current or upcoming schedule
This is a great way to stay in shape and give you a total body workout with less stress on the joints. Feel the power of water and get your heart pumping.
WillPower and Grace - offered in the current or upcoming schedule

Combines motivating music with unique moves to dance away your troubles. Enjoy the Latin flare while you step to a new beat of health.
