Boot Camp Classes
Bad Ass:
The name is not meant to fool you. This class is not for beginners. The class will focus on the core and glutes. Expect to sweat and be sore. If you want to be driven and challenged this is the camp for you. Military style: Mean, gruff, and tough.
Bikini Boot Camp:
Swimsuit season never really goes away. There is winter vacation, spring break and hot tubs in the mountains after skiing. Get a total body workout in this ladies only class. Come ready to sweat! The November, February and March Bikini Boot Camps will be taught by personal trainer, Barb Goodbarn.
Extreme:
This strength conditioning class is designed for any person whose goal is to push themselves to new limits by sprinting, lifting, and bounding. If you are up for a challenge this is the class for you. This Boot Camp is not advised for beginners, a solid strength and conditioning base is recommended. Be prepared to take it to the extreme in the elements the instructor provides you. In September, this class will be taught by Paige Smith. In May, it will be taught by Alison Eichten.
Fat Blast:
Need to lose a few pounds? Does the Biggest Loser have you motivated? If your goal is to be healthier, this is the class for you. Let us target routines towards weight loss. We'll provide articles, nutritional information, and fun facts to help you reach your goal. Don't be fooled, one must work hard to get the results they want. Are you ready for a change?
Get Fit:
Unsure of those other boot camps? Need a change in your workout and afraid the other camps are going to make you puke your guts out? Let our trainer guide you through an all over body workout that focuses on defining muscle while getting your heart pumping. This camp will combine cardio and weight lifting in one fantastic setting. This class will be taught by Barb Goodbarn.
Tri Navy Seal:
New to triathlons, always wanted to give one a try? Need a little help in training for a sprint triathlon? We want to help you train by incorporating workouts specific to triathlons. We'll even provide little tidbits of information about events to make your triathlon a success. Come swim, bike and run with us.
Winter Warrior
Shred the snow this season like never before. This class is a must for serious winter athletes. Let us help you tone those legs, glutes and core for a body to handle the elements of different winter activities. This class will be taught by Alison Eichten.
