Jr. Pioneer Locker Room Scheduling
ProtocolsIn a meeting on October 16th, the decisions were made regarding locker room scheduling. Decisions around locker room scheduling were made with the full consensus of the following:
-Stuart Halsall, Assistant Vice Chancellor
-Tiffany Ulatowski, Director of Membership & Programming
-Matt Gohl, Director of Ritchie Center Operations
-Lucky Rai, Asst. Director of Membership Services
-Alie Koch, Rental & Scheduling Manager
-Graham Johnson, Youth Hockey Manager
Effective immediately, Alie Koch and Tiffany Ulatowski will be scheduling locker rooms. Locker rooms will be scheduled at least a week in advance with the goal of scheduling two weeks out. This is being done to:
•Identify potential issues as soon as possible so a plan can be put in place to deal with all issues.
•If temporary locker rooms are needed, requests will be brought to the Production Meeting on Tuesdays and a discussion of where and when temporary locker rooms are needed will occur.
•Provide communication to Front Desk Operational Staff so they can verify temporary locker rooms are set and, if necessary, they can put-up temporary locker rooms prior to an event.
Expand to read more [+]All locker room requests, additional space, or additional game requests from coaches or team managers need to be sent to Graham Johnson. Graham will approve or deny the request. If request approved, Graham will work with Alie to ensure schedules are changed and space is booked in EBMS.
If a request is approved within a 10 day period, locker room assignments are subject to locker room availability. Every effort will be made to accommodate the request; however, if there is not enough locker room space, the team requesting additional locker room space, may have to share a locker room with another team.
